CASH ON DELIVERY - We accept Cash On Delivery within Qatar.
ONLINE PAYMENT - We accept debit and credit card of Visa and MasterCard. If you choose this option then after placing your order at checkout page, complete your order details and select "Online Payment". Once you complete payment, then your order will be packed and shipped.

Standard orders for items in stock will take between 1-2 business days from the shipping notification e-mail and if your delivery address is
in Doha or Lusail for free for order over 200 QAR or free 25 QAR
outside Doha (Al Wakrah, Ar-Rayyan, Umm Salal) for free for order over 500 QAR or free 40 QAR
other cities and towns in Qatar - 100 QAR
You may also collect the order without any delivery fee from our corner in the Drawing room cafe, the Pearl Qatar. Please place the order 1 day in advance you are going to collect
Pre-orders are items that currently not in stock but expected soon. The estimated arival date of the item will be displayed on the product page. If your order contains a combination of in stock items and pre-order items you may choose to get all together, once your pre-order item at in stock. Alternatively you have the items delivered separately.
All goods will be wrapped and packaged very carefully to ensure a safe delivery. If an item is not in stock or we anticipate any delays, we will let you know immediately.
Your receipt is included in the package. Please let us know if you would prefer a gift receipt or personal note.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you find your selection is not quite what you were expecting simply contact us within 14 days and we will arrange an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT only subject to the following conditions:
