CASH ON DELIVERY - We accept Cash On Delivery within Qatar.

ONLINE PAYMENT - We accept debit and credit card of Visa and MasterCard. If you choose this option then after placing your order at checkout page, complete your order details and select "Online Payment". Once you complete payment, then your order will be packed and shipped.

BANK TRANSFER - If you choose this option then after placing your order at checkout page, please add to the details the order number you will see after submitting this form:

Standard orders for items in stock will take between 1-2 business days from the shipping notification e-mail and if your delivery address is

in Doha or Lusail for free for order over 200 QAR or free 25 QAR
outside Doha (Al Wakrah, Ar-Rayyan, Umm Salal) for free for order over 500 QAR or free 40 QAR
other cities and towns in Qatar - 100 QAR

You may also collect the order without any delivery fee from our corner in the Drawing room cafe, the Pearl Qatar. Please place the order 1 day in advance you are going to collect

Pre-orders are items that currently not in stock but expected soon. The estimated arival date of the item will be displayed on the product page. If your order contains a combination of in stock items and pre-order items you may choose to get all together, once your pre-order item at in stock. Alternatively you have the items delivered separately.

All goods will be wrapped and packaged very carefully to ensure a safe delivery. If an item is not in stock or we anticipate any delays, we will let you know immediately.

We take great pride in our products and we hope you are confident and happy with ordering online.

If you find your selection is not quite what you were expecting simply contact us within 14 days and we will arrange an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT only subject to the following conditions:

> Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

>The returned item/items must be unused and unworn with original tags, labels and packaging intact

We make every effort to ensure that all items delivered to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or refund if the replacement cannot be provided.
